Setup shutdown by inactivity time

You can start shutdown depending on a user's activity. After some time period of inactivity you can start shutdown, sleep (suspend) or hibernate. Also you can lock your desktop (only for NT/2000/XP/2003) and after some minutes start shutdown or hibernate.
