If you’re using Print Logger software with workgroup, you should correct some local policy settings:

·         On print server (or other computer) where Print Logger is installed, create local users with same names and passwords like on remote computers (print clients).

·         Start Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Local Security Policy.

·         Go to the Security Settings->Local Policies->Security Options or Start->Run, %SystemRoot%\system32\secpol.msc /s

and  click OK.

·         Please set the “Network access: Sharing and security model for local accounts” value to “Classic - local users authenticate as themselves”.
